About The Role -UI/UX Lead (Only US Citizens and Green Card Holders) At Codvo, software and people transformations go hand-in-hand We are a global empathy-led technology services company Product innovation and mature software engineering are part of our core DNA Respect, Fairness, Growth, Agility, and Inclusiveness are the core values that we aspire to live by each day We continue to expand our digital strategy, design, architecture, and product management capabilities to offer expertise, outside-the-box thinking, and measurable results Key Responsibilities:Lead Design StrategyDrive overall user experience and design strategy, ensuring it aligns with business goals, brand identity, and user needs UI/UX Design LeadershipLead the UI/UX design process from conceptualization to execution for web, mobile, and desktop applications Collaboration with Product TeamsWork closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to understand product requirements, user needs, and project goalsTranslate these into engaging, user-centered designs User Research & TestingOversee user research activities (e.g., user interviews, usability testing, surveys) to gather insights that inform design decisionsAnalyze user feedback and data to continuously improve the user experience Mentorship & Team DevelopmentProvide leadership and mentorship to a team of UI/UX designers, guiding their growth, improving their skills, and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment Prototyping & Interaction DesignDesign high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar Design SystemsLead the development and maintenance of a design system that ensures consistency across all digital touchpointsWork to improve and update the system as new patterns and UI trends emerge Cross-functional LeadershipPartner with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs and address any design-related challenges during development Client & Stakeholder CommunicationCommunicate design concepts, rationale, and progress to senior leadership, stakeholders, and clients Experience:10+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on leading design initiatives Proven track record of designing and delivering high-quality user interfaces and exceptional user experiences for complex products Extensive experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, etc Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-platform design (web, mobile, tablet, etc.)
