· Manage day-to-day accounting operations
· Record transactions accurately in the general ledger
· Perform debit and credit entries as per accounting standards
· Maintain accurate data entry records
· Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
· Work with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB preferred)
· Assist in monthly closing and reporting
· Use MS Excel (basic formulas, sorting, filtering) for data management
· Ensure compliance with financial regulations & company policies
· Provide structured prompts for AI tools like ChatGPT when required
· Strong knowledge of debits, credits, and general ledger accounting
· High accuracy and attention to detail in data entry
· Familiarity with reconciliation processes & accounting tools
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, sorting/filtering)
· Good communication and analytical skills
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
