Job Overview

We are looking for Voice Process Executives to support our US-based customers during night shifts. The role involves handling customer calls, resolving queries, and providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Understand customer issues and provide clear solutions
• Record call details accurately in CRM systems
• Follow standard procedures and company policies
• Meet individual targets and maintain service quality
• Handle basic escalations calmly and effectively
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and listening) are a must.
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / HSC / Graduate in any field.
• Freshers with good English are welcome; experience in international BPO is an added advantage.
• Should NOT be currently enrolled in college/university.
• Good typing speed and ability to handle CRM tools or ticketing platforms.
• Must be willing to work night shifts (Monday to Friday).
• Ability to stay calm, polite, and professional during escalated calls.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month (based on experience)
