About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate tax compliance and advisory services for PCS clients, including small and medium-sized businesses.
• Provide tax planning, review, and preparation of tax returns for operating businesses filing Forms 1065 (Partnership), 1120S (S Corporation), and 1120 (Corporation).
• Review and manage tax returns and supporting work papers in compliance with US tax laws.
• Handle compliance for:
• Form 1065, 1120S, 1120
• Schedules K-1, K-2 & K-3
• State and local tax requirements
• International filing requirements
• Other client-specific forms
• Maintain and lead client relationships, supporting partners in service execution and new service development.
• Research and consult on complex technical tax matters and special projects.
• Proactively build relationships and provide superior client service.
• Identify tax issues and propose effective solutions.
• Manage all aspects of tax assignments from planning and projections through finalization.
• Collaborate seamlessly with US counterparts using advanced technology and office tools.
• Mentor, develop, and motivate staff and seniors.
• Conduct training sessions on technical tax topics.
  

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive US/Global taxation experience.
• Proven experience with Forms 1065, 1120, 1120S, and/or 1040.
• Strong client-facing experience and collaboration with global teams.
• Experience working with PCS clients (small to medium businesses).
• Experience from consulting or CPA firms only (industry experience not considered).
  

Must-Haves

• Strong communication skills.
• Candidates should be from Big 4 or Top 20 CA/CPA firms.
• Current fixed compensation above INR 17 Lacs.
• Stable work history with no significant gaps or frequent job changes.
  

• Location options: Mumbai (Goregaon East), Bangalore (Kadubeesanahalli), Hyderabad (Hi Tech City), Ahmedabad (Westgate D block, Near YMCA, SG Road).
• Working hours: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM (may vary during peak periods).
• Mandatory minimum 4 days work from office.
• Maximum 1-hour commute time preferred.
• In-person interview required.

• Candidates must possess strong leadership qualities, be well-groomed, presentable, confident, and have excellent communication skills.
