US Tax Associate

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced US Tax Professional with expertise in preparing and reviewing tax returns. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Forms 1040, 1120, and 1065, along with strong English communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Federal & State tax returns for:
• Individual (Form 1040)
• C Corporation (Form 1120)
• Partnership (Form 1065)
• Ensure compliance with US tax laws and regulations.
• Review supporting financial data and documentation for accuracy.
• Provide tax planning and advisory support to clients when required.
• Identify tax-saving opportunities and resolve client queries.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality client service.
• Stay updated with changes in US tax regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in US tax preparation and review.
• Proficiency in Forms 1040, 1120, and 1065.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience with tax software (e.g., UltraTax, CCH, etc.) preferred.
