Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a US Sales Recruiter located in Vishakhapatnam. The US Sales Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, partnering with hiring managers, and executing effective hiring strategies. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing and screening candidates, managing relationships with accounts, and ensuring timely hiring processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting
• Minimum 2years experince required
• Proficiency in Hiring and Account Management
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in IT or relevant industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
