  • Lead Generation:

  • Proactively identify and reach out to new business opportunities in the US market.
  • Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Solution Presentation:

  • Understand client requirements and present customized solutions that align with Vizva's IT and staffing services.
  • Sales Target Achievement:

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • CRM Management:

  • Document and manage all sales activities and client information accurately using CRM tools.
  • Collaboration:

  • Work with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project execution.
  • Customer Service:

  • Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve client queries.
