You will be joining Drip Capital, a leading fintech company specializing in providing innovative, unsecured working capital solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) globally. As the company expands, they are seeking an experienced Lead of Risk Servicing & Collections - US to oversee managing stressed accounts and optimizing recovery strategies in the U.S. SME market. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collections Strategy & Leadership - Develop and execute strategies to minimize delinquencies, defaults, and charge-offs while nurturing strong client relationships. - Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing collections team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. - Refine and implement collections policies and procedures, with a focus on risk servicing and loss mitigation. - Risk Management & Client Engagement - Supervise risk servicing, identifying, assessing, and mitigating credit risk to ensure sustainable recovery for the portfolio. - Foster strong relationships with external partners like third-party collection agencies, attorneys, and other key stakeholders. - Data-Driven Insights & Performance Management - Utilize data analytics to monitor portfolio performance, identify risk trends, and optimize collection efforts. - Prepare and deliver regular reports on collections performance, highlighting key risks, trends, and actionable insights to senior leadership. - Team Development & Cross-Department Collaboration - Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing collections team, focusing on continuous professional growth and operational excellence. - Collaborate with senior leadership, legal, credit, growth, and operations teams to devise strategies that minimize risk and enhance the collections lifecycle. - Work closely with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate reporting and management of collection-related financial records and loan loss reserves. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. - MBA or relevant certifications are a plus. **Why Join Us ** - Be part of a rapidly growing fintech company revolutionizing trade finance and empowering global SMEs. - Lead a high-impact team with the opportunity to shape the future of collections and risk servicing. - Enjoy competitive compensation, benefits, and a collaborative work environment. - Drive innovation in the collections function, contributing directly to the company's growth and success.,
