US Recruitment Consultant - Night Shift

Job Title: Recruitment Consultant (Canada Operations)
Location: On-site, Ahmedabad
Shift Timing: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM)
Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent

• MUST HAVE: 6 months to 2 years of experience in international recruitment or international market experience
• MUST HAVE: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• MUST HAVE: Worked in night shift before.
• MUST live in AHMEDABAD.

You will play a key role in strengthening our brand by helping source, attract, and retain top talent for our clients. Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels including job portals, internal database, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct pre-screening calls to assess applicants' capabilities
• Submit qualified candidates to match client job requirements
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates
• Meet deadlines in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; combination of education and experience will also be considered
• MUST HAVE: 6 months to 2 years of experience in international recruitment or international market experience
• MUST HAVE: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• MUST HAVE: Worked in night shift before.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong learning mindset
• Must have long-term goals, a desire to grow, and willingness to learn new technologies
