Screening Candidates
: Review applications, conduct phone screenings, and create a shortlist of suitable candidates.
Interview Coordination
: Schedule and facilitate interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
Candidate Evaluation
: Assess skills, experience, and fit, providing detailed feedback to hiring managers.
Offer Negotiation
: Negotiate compensation packages, ensuring alignment with company standards.
Onboarding
: Support new hires during the onboarding process for a seamless transition.
Relationship Building
: Establish strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to build a robust talent pipeline.
Staying Updated
: Stay informed about recruitment trends, industry best practices, and legal requirements.

Requirements

Strong desire to build a career in international staffing.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate effectively.
Ability to work night shifts (6:30 PM 3:30 AM).
