Job Description

As a Customer Support Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely assistance and delivering exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Serving as a support resource for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat to enhance customer satisfaction. - Guiding customers through the features and functionalities of our platform. - Documenting all customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system. - Collaborating with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure a seamless customer experience. To excel in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications: - Proven experience in a customer support or help desk role, preferably within a software or technology company. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to explain technical information clearly and patiently. - Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think on your feet. - Familiarity with CRM and support ticketing systems like Salesforce and Zendesk. - High level of empathy and a genuine desire to assist others. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. The work hours for this position are in the U.S. Time Zone (EST) from 12 pm to 9 pm.,
