As a candidate with 1-4 years of relevant experience, you will be expected to have the following skills and qualities: **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for effectively communicating with US customers, both orally and in writing. Your role will involve utilizing sound computer knowledge, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and email handling. Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in handling US customers. Additionally, you must possess good listening skills and the ability to understand the needs of US customers. Being customer-focused, result-oriented, and flexible to organizational requirements is crucial. Strong analytical thinking, a positive attitude, high energy levels, and the ability to work well in a team are also essential.
