US Payroll Associates

You should have 1-4 years of experience in a relevant field. Your skills should include good communication skills (both oral and written), sound computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and email handling). Preference will be given to candidates with experience in handling US customers. You should possess good listening skills and the ability to understand US customers. A strong customer focus, result-oriented approach, flexibility to organizational requirements, good analytical thinking, positive attitude, high energy levels, and being a team player are essential. BPO experience is preferable as this is a night shift position. You should have a background in ITES/BPO industry. A degree in B.Com is required for this role.
