We are seeking US Non IT recruiters to join our team and contribute to our mission of transforming business and IT operations while enabling successful careers in recruitment. **Responsibilities:** - Oversee full recruiting lifecycle for US Non IT positions, including sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews. - Foster relationships with prospective candidates specialized in Non IT and Engineering profiles. - Implement Non IT headhunting strategies to acquire top talent in alignment with industry trends. - Manage the Non IT talent hub through job boards and resume screening. - Design and implement job descriptions and engage with candidates on social media platforms. **Required Skills:** - 2 - 5 years of experience as a US Non IT/Engineering recruiter. - Expertise in W2 Contract, Contract-to-Hire job orders with Direct Clients / MSP. - Strong technical knowledge to understand and communicate Non IT job requirements. - Proficient in HR IT recruiter software and job boards. - Self-driven with excellent communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in any stream. - Understanding of Non IT Business professional and Engineering recruitment. - Proficiency in English and IT talent sourcing.
