Job Description

We are seeking a skilled US Non-IT Recruiter to join our team and support the hiring process for non-technical roles across various industries, including healthcare, finance, administration, customer service, sales, and more. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruitment , strong sourcing strategies, and excellent communication skills to engage with both clients and candidates effectively. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing & Recruitment: Identify and attract top talent for non-IT roles (e.g., sales). Utilize job boards, social media, and Boolean searches to find qualified candidates. Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, and networking to build a strong talent pipeline. Screening & Evaluation: Review resumes and conduct phone/video screenings to assess candidate qualifications. Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Client & Candidate Management: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand job requirements. Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment progress. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all hiring processes comply with US labor laws (EEO, ADA, etc.). Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) . Assist with offer negotiation, onboarding, and background checks . Qualifications & Skills: Experience: 10+ years of US non-IT recruiting experience (healthcare, finance, sales, etc.). Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday, Greenhouse). Skills: Strong sourcing and headhunting abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet deadlines. Knowledge of US employment laws and visa processes. Education: Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field. The communication skills too must be excellent NOTE: candidate should have worked in hiring leadership positions in SALES
