US Mortgage Manager (Mortgage Origination and Correspondent)
- Experience: 7-10 years
- Location : Mysore
Key Responsibilities
- Direct day-to-day management, attendance, training, hiring, recruiting, and performance reviews for all team members
- Ensure compliance with RESPA/TRID and other federal, state, and industry regulations
- Interface professionally with clients, real estate agents, mortgage loan officers, and lenders
- Elevate service levels for customers and ensure quality control of residential mortgage loans
- Develop and implement coaching and training programs for staff
- Monitor and oversee loan production pipeline and ensure KPI targets are met
Required Skills
- Working knowledge of mortgage industry regulations, including TRID guidelines
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good supervision, organization, and math skills
- Strong attention to detail and sound judgment skill
- Should have minimum 72-84 months of Mortgage Origination (Post Closing review, PQA etc) and Correspondent experience (End to End value chain) in US Home Loan products
