Work mode: Rotational shift and Rotational week-off. work location: Chennai / WFO Looking only for Immediate.Job Description:A Mortgage Underwriter plays a crucial role in the mortgage lending process by assessing the creditworthiness and risk profile of potential borrowers. The position involves analyzing financial information, reviewing loan applications, and making informed decisions to approve, conditionally approve, or deny mortgage loans. This role ensures that all loans meet the company's lending standards and regulatory requirements.• Any bachelors degree. • Proven experience in US mortgage processing And underwriting / Pre-Underwriting. • Strong knowledge of mortgage industry regulations and procedures. • Appraisal and Credit report in Underwriting and Closing Documents, 4'Cs, Appraisal View, appraisal, Income Tax , Loan. • Detail-oriented with Closed on documents (Underwriting) • Strong knowledge Origination background.
