US IT Support Technician

As a US IT Support Agent based in Mohali, you will be responsible for assisting US users with basic support inquiries related to internet, operating system (OS), and application issues. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing first-level resolution to user issues or escalating them to Tier 2 support if necessary. - Updating case logs and providing estimated resolution times to users. - Recommending standard support plans based on user needs. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Strong communication and call-handling skills. - Previous experience in tech support or BPO is preferred.
