**Job Description:**
We are seeking a US IT Support Agent to assist with basic support inquiries from US users regarding internet, operating system (OS), and application issues.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide first-level resolution or escalate issues to Tier 2 support if necessary.
- Update case logs and provide estimated resolution times to users.
- Recommend standard support plans based on user needs.
**Requirements:**
- Strong communication and call-handling skills.
- Previous experience in tech support or BPO is preferred.

Pay: ₹18,246.10 - ₹47,560.40 per month
