US IT Support Technician

You will be working as a US IT Support Agent based in Mohali during night shifts. Your primary role will involve assisting US users with basic support inquiries related to internet, operating system (OS), and application issues. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing first-level resolution for user issues or escalating them to Tier 2 support when necessary. - Updating case logs and communicating estimated resolution times to users. - Recommending standard support plans based on user requirements. Qualifications required for this role: - Strong communication and call-handling skills. - Previous experience in tech support or BPO is preferred.
