We are hiring experienced recruiters to join our US Staffing MSP/VMS team. The ideal candidates will be technically strong and capable of handling IT contract roles. Prior experience with leading staffing firms on MSP/VMS Clients
Key Responsibilities: •
Source and recruit qualified candidates for VMS clients (contractual/IT/Administrative roles). • Utilize job portals, social platforms, and internal databases for candidate sourcing.
Pre-screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on job specifications. •
Coordinate interview schedules and feedback with the client. •
Maintain candidate pipelines and meet weekly/monthly hiring targets.
Requirements: •
Minimum 2-6 years of experience in US IT staffing. •
Strong technical understanding of IT job roles and skills. •
Preferred educational background: B.Tech / B.Sc (Computer Science). •
Excellent communication skills and adaptability to night shifts.
