Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates using Boolean search, databases, search engines, and other techniques.

• Involvement in the recruiting cycle such as sourcing, screening, contacting, confirming, interviewing, and placing qualified talent.

• Handled the tasks of screening, selecting, and submitting candidates to job orders within a defined discipline.

• I recruited for all IT skill sets across the United States.

• Expert in the use of Job boards like Dice, Monster, JobDiva, and other networking sites.

• Good knowledge and experience in choosing the right tax terms for respective visa types.

• Responsible for understanding and analysing the requirements in different domain categories.

• Sourcing consultants from a personal network of IT recruiters and consultants and being able to successfully place them in the US.

• Strong knowledge in tax terms like C2C, W2 & 1099.

• Can deal with employers and consultants about the rate part negotiation.

• Creating and maintaining the database of consultants. Maintaining candidate/employer relationships and proactively servicing hiring needs.

Duration: Full Time

Experience: 2-4 years with Good Communication Skills

Shift Time: 6.30 PM IST to 3.30 AM IST (Night Shift)
