Position Overview: As a US IT Recruiter , you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring highly qualified IT professionals to meet the staffing needs of our clients and internal teams. You will focus on the US market, working with candidates who specialize in a variety of IT fields, including software development, cybersecurity, cloud computing, data science, and network engineering. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing IT Talent: Utilize various recruiting platforms, social media, job boards, and networking events to find top IT talent across the United States. Conducting Interviews: Perform detailed interviews, assess technical qualifications, and evaluate candidates cultural fit for the client or internal teams. Client Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific hiring needs and create tailored recruitment strategies. Managing the Full Recruitment Cycle: Oversee the entire hiring process from sourcing, interviewing, and selection to offer negotiation and onboarding. Job Posting and Advertising: Write and post clear and compelling job descriptions across multiple platforms to attract qualified candidates. Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain and build long-term relationships with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the hiring process. Offer Negotiation: Manage salary negotiations and extend job offers to candidates. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to US labor laws and company policies. Market Research: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive salary benchmarks, and the latest hiring practices in the IT sector. Building a Talent Pool: Proactively build a network of potential candidates for future opportunities and pipeline positions. Requirements: Proven experience recruiting IT professionals in the US market, either in-house or with an agency. Strong knowledge of the US IT industry, including various technologies, software development languages, and emerging tech trends. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong understanding of US employment laws and hiring regulations. Ability to handle high-volume recruitment processes while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience recruiting for IT roles such as software developers, cloud engineers, data scientists, network engineers, and cybersecurity professionals.
