Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US IT Recruiter with 3-5 years of experience in recruiting IT professionals for the US market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying top talent, building relationships with candidates, and ensuring timely placements for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Source and identify qualified candidates for US IT positions, including roles in software development, infrastructure, data analysis, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies. Utilize various recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and social media to build a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements, skill sets, and cultural fit for clients. Conduct interviews (phone, video, or in-person) and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including negotiating job offers, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, job specifications, and company culture to align recruitment strategies effectively. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for future positions, leveraging networking and industry contacts. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with US recruitment laws and regulations. Prepare regular reports on recruitment progress, open positions, and candidate status for internal stakeholders. Stay updated with industry trends, recruitment strategies, and tools to ensure best practices. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on recruiting for the US market. Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies, including software development, infrastructure, data science, cloud, and cybersecurity. Hands-on experience with popular job boards and recruiting tools (LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, etc.). Familiarity with US hiring processes, tax implications, and work visa processes (H1B, GC, TN, etc.). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with recruiting for both contract and permanent positions. Knowledge of VMS (Vendor Management Systems) and MSP (Managed Service Provider) processes.
