Job Title: US IT Recruiter (4+ Years Experience) Location: Onsite (As per company requirement) Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter with 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals in contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles with direct clients, prime vendors, and implementation partners. The recruiter should have a strong understanding of various visa types (H1B, GC, US Citizen, OPT, CPT, TN, EADs) and be skilled in working with job portals, networking sites, and vendor contacts. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Handle the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed), internal databases, networking, and social media to source IT professionals. Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screening calls, assess technical skills, work authorization, availability, and salary expectations. Client & Vendor Coordination: Engage with hiring managers, direct clients, and Tier 1 vendors to understand job requirements and ensure successful placements. Offer Negotiation & Onboarding: Negotiate pay rates, benefits, and other terms with candidates and ensure smooth onboarding. Building Talent Pipeline: Maintain a strong pipeline of pre-screened candidates for recurring positions. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, clients, and vendors. Market Research: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, market rates, and in-demand skill sets. Required Skills & Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment / Bench Sales . Strong knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099 employment types and various visa categories . Proficiency in using job boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, CareerBuilder, and internal ATS . Experience in recruiting Software Engineers, Developers, Architects, QA Engineers, DevOps, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and other IT professionals . Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment . Strong Boolean search and X-ray search skills to source passive candidates. Knowledge of US tax terms, compliance, and labor laws related to IT staffing.
