Job Role: US IT Recruiter

Job Location: Hyderabad(Onsite)Night shift

Job Type: Full Time - Onsite only

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US.Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings.
• Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.

Job Requirements:

• 0-3 years of experience in US Staffing.Fresher Graduates are welcome.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related field
• Must be comfortable working in CST Timezone.
• Should have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to display deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills.
