US IT Recruiter – Freshers

Key Responsibilities

Source and identify qualified IT professionals through job portals, social platforms, networking, and internal databases.
Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and communication proficiency.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients.
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.
Build strong relationships with consultants and understand their job preferences.
Work closely with the recruitment team to meet daily and weekly hiring targets.
Document recruitment activities and update tracking systems regularly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent communication skills — both
written and verbal

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
A
technical background
(B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or similar) is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Willingness to work in
US shift timings (Night Shift)
