US IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT roles in the

  US Federal sector

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates using job boards, databases, social media, and networking.
• Work closely with hiring managers and account managers to understand role requirements.
• Ensure compliance with

  Federal contracting standards

  (E-Verify, clearance levels, security requirements, etc.).
• Negotiate compensation, extend offers, and close candidates effectively.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and regularly update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients in the federal space.

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of US IT recruiting experience

  , with at least 2 years in

  Federal Government contracting recruitment

  .
• Strong knowledge of federal hiring processes, clearance levels, and compliance guidelines.
• Hands-on experience with job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) and ATS.
• Ability to work in US time zones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Remote work experience preferred.
• Experience hiring cleared candidates

  (Secret, Top Secret, Public Trust).

• Understanding of federal labor categories and bill rates.
