The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in sourcing and recruiting IT professionals for federal clients, a strong understanding of compliance requirements, and excellent communication skills to work with US-based hiring managers and candidates. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT roles in the US Federal sector . Source, screen, and qualify candidates using job boards, databases, social media, and networking. Work closely with hiring managers and account managers to understand role requirements. Ensure compliance with Federal contracting standards (E-Verify, clearance levels, security requirements, etc.). Negotiate compensation, extend offers, and close candidates effectively. Maintain candidate pipelines and regularly update applicant tracking systems (ATS). Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients in the federal space. Requirements: 3–6 years of US IT recruiting experience , with at least 2 years in Federal Government contracting recruitment . Strong knowledge of federal hiring processes, clearance levels, and compliance guidelines. Hands-on experience with job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) and ATS. Ability to work in US time zones. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. Remote work experience preferred. Experience hiring cleared candidates (Secret, Top Secret, Public Trust). Understanding of federal labor categories and bill rates.
