Job Description

We are looking for a skilled US IT Recruiter with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the US IT staffing industry. A mandatory requirement is at least 2 years of experience working with direct clients and W2 requirements . The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing the full recruitment life cycle for IT roles, utilizing various sourcing tools, and effectively negotiating terms for W2, C2C, and 1099 engagements. Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for a wide range of IT roles across various US clients. Manage the full recruitment life cycle , which includes: Understanding detailed job requirements. Scheduling interviews. Guiding candidates through the interview process. Facilitating the onboarding process for placed candidates. Utilize various sourcing tools and platforms effectively, including major job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder) , Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and social media. Work extensively on W2, C2C (Corp-to-Corp), and 1099 requirements , ensuring strict compliance with all relevant regulations and client guidelines. Negotiate salary/rate terms with candidates efficiently and close offers effectively, ensuring a win-win for both candidates and clients. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future demands. Coordinate closely with account managers and clients for timely submissions, feedback, and process adherence. Maintain excellent communication with candidates throughout their recruitment journey. Stay updated on IT industry trends, technologies, and market compensation benchmarks. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 3 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter. Mandatory: 2 years of direct client experience. Mandatory: 2 years of W2 recruitment experience. Proven ability to source, screen, and submit candidates for IT roles. Experience managing the full recruitment life cycle (scheduling interviews, onboarding). Proficiency in utilizing job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), ATS, and social media for sourcing. Experience working on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements, with a strong understanding of compliance. Excellent negotiation skills for salary/rate terms. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals. Strong coordination skills with account managers and clients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. High sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
