Description

• We are seeking qualified professionals with 1 to 3 years of experience as an IT Technical Recruiter, specializing in either Domestic or US IT recruitment.
• Possess technical expertise with the ability to understand and articulate job requirements for IT roles.
• Proficient in sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting and Boolean search methodologies.
• As a TAS, you will lead a team with strong leadership qualities, ensuring effective team management and performance.
• You will be responsible for overseeing daily tasks, preparing weekly reports, and ensuring that the team meets key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Familiarity with US tax terms such as W2, 1099, and Corp to Corp is highly advantageous.

·      Must have good experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Oorwin, Zoho, and Ceipal

• A clear understanding of Visa processes is highly desirable.
• Strong desire to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
• Demonstrates a hardworking attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in IT, MBA in HR or a relevant field preferred.
• Exhibits good communication skills, a strong work ethic, commitment, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
