Job Title: Business Development Manager (US IT Staffing / Domestic) Experience: 3 to 7 years Location: Onsite / Hybrid – at Anna Nagar , Chennai , Tamil Nādu Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: IT Services / Staffing / Consulting Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth and expand our client portfolio in the US IT Staffing or Domestic market. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in business development or sales within the IT staffing or consulting industry, with the ability to build lasting relationships and close high-value deals. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Create and deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and service offerings tailored to client needs. Understand and analyze client requirements to offer strategic staffing/recruitment solutions. Collaborate closely with internal teams (recruitment, delivery, marketing) to ensure successful execution and onboarding of new clients. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular reporting on pipeline progress, client feedback, and performance metrics. Attend industry events, job fairs, and webinars to stay up to date on trends and generate new leads. Lead contract negotiations and ensure timely deal closures aligned with revenue goals. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus. 3–7 years of proven experience in business development, account management, or sales—preferably in IT staffing, consulting, or technical services. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales and revenue targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales pipeline management. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in US IT staffing or domestic recruitment services. Knowledge of staffing models, recruitment life cycles, and market dynamics in the US or domestic landscape. Existing network of clients or contacts in IT or related industries.
