About the Role:

US Recruiter


Responsibilities

  • Source candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, etc.), social media, and networking.
  • Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and candidates.
  • Negotiate salary, rates, and employment terms with candidates.
  • Maintain candidate and client communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Meet daily/weekly targets for submissions, interviews, and placements.



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in US staffing/recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of US Visas (H1b, OPT, CPT, STEM, GC)
  • Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C) and employment types.
  • Comfortable working in

    Night Shift (US Time Zone).

  • Proficiency with MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
