Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and driven US IT Recruiters to join our growing team in Vadodara. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and hiring qualified IT professionals for our US-based clients. This role requires working in the US time zone , excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude. Key Responsibilities: Source candidates from job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Tech Fetch), social media, internal databases, and referrals. Screen and evaluate candidates on technical and soft skills based on job requirements. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and follow up on interview feedback. Negotiate pay rates, benefits, and other employment terms. Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet client demands. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients. Update and manage ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and report on a regular basis. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any field (Preferred: HR, IT, or Business). 0 - 5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment or domestic recruitment. Excellent communication skills in English written and verbal. Willingness to work night shifts (US EST/CST/PST time zones).. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
