We’re Hiring – US IT Bench Sales Professional

Role:
US IT Bench Sales
Experience:
2 – 5 years
Work Location:
Work From Home
Office Location:
Salt Lake, Kolkata
Shift:
Night Shift (Mon–Fri) | Sat & Sun off
Timings:
6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Market our Bench Consultants (
H1B, OPT, CPT, GC & US Citizen
)
Build and maintain Tier 1 vendor relationships & develop new vendor contacts
Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Prime Vendor portals, etc.) to source requirements
Maintain daily communication with consultants & provide updates on submissions/interviews
Arrange & coordinate interviews with vendors or end clients
Manage the complete US IT Bench Sales cycle (Contract / Contract-to-Hire)
Negotiate rates with vendors/clients and ensure successful placements
Generate new business leads via cold calling and networking
Review, edit, and format consultant resumes as needed
