US Inbound Sales Executive Location: Ghatkopar West, Mumbai Shift & Compensation Details Shift Timings: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM IST (Night Shift) Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday (Fixed) Salary Range: 15,000 - 35,000 per month (fixed CTC) Incentives: Performance-based incentives up to 50,000 per month! Salary Breakdown 15,000 - 20,000: Freshers or candidates with less than 1 year of sales experience with excellent communication skills. 20,000 - 25,000: Candidates with more than 1 year of experience in US process (voice). 25,000 - 30,000: Candidates with 2+ years of experience in a US B2C sales process. 30,000 - 35,000: Candidates with 1+ years of experience in the auto parts industry (sales or customer service). As a US Inbound Sales Executive , you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers in the United States, understanding their needs, and effectively selling our products/services to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from US customers efficiently and professionally . Demonstrate strong telesales skills . Actively listen to customer requirements and identify sales opportunities. Present product/service information clearly and persuasively . Address customer queries and concerns effectively . Close sales and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets . Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales. Adhere to company policies and procedures . Desired Candidate Profile Fluent English communication skills (written & verbal) are mandatory . Neutral accent is essential. Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment . Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills . Customer-centric approach with a polite and professional demeanor. Quick learner , adaptable to new processes. Basic computer proficiency .
