Job Description

As a US HR & ERM professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with US tax laws, accounting principles, and HR processes while collaborating effectively across HR and finance functions in a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee employee relations, address grievances, support performance improvement, and drive engagement initiatives. - Administer onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and compliant employee experience. - Maintain accurate employee records, HR files, and ensure confidentiality of all personnel information. - Support and execute employee engagement, retention, and administrative HR programs in alignment with company policies. - Handle day-to-day accounting operations using QuickBooks and ensure accurate bookkeeping and reconciliations. - Maintain complete and accurate Books of Accounts in accordance with US GAAP and company standards. - Ensure compliance with US tax laws and coordinate with finance teams for audits and statutory filings. - Manage and update financial and HR data across US-based accounting and HR portals, ensuring consistency and accuracy. - Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Masters preferred). - 3+ years of proven experience in US HR operations, ERM, and accounting processes. - Experience with US HR and accounting portals. - Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. - High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR/accounting tools. - Ability to work independently, handle sensitive information with discretion, and manage multiple priorities. - Willingness to work in US shifts. - Immediate joiners will be given preference.
