As a US Healthcare Recruiter (Fresher), your role will involve supporting the recruitment team in the identification and attraction of qualified candidates for various healthcare positions. This entry-level position based in Phase 8 Industrial area, Mohali, Punjab, offers a valuable opportunity to gain foundational knowledge in healthcare recruitment while working in U.S Shift Timing (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM) IST. Your responsibilities will include assisting in sourcing potential candidates through job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms, as well as screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications. You will also be involved in coordinating candidate interviews, maintaining communication throughout the hiring process, and ensuring accurate candidate records and documentation. To excel in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent education, along with a keen interest in healthcare recruitment and a willingness to learn and develop in the field. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills will also be key to your success.
