US Healthcare Project Manager

As a Project Manager in the US Healthcare domain, your role will involve strategically aligning the business vision and objectives with the projects initiated across different departments. You will be responsible for managing the project/program governance framework and presenting progress, issues, and budgets to the appropriate Steering Committee. Facilitating seamless communication flow from top to bottom and vice versa is crucial for the successful execution of projects at Project/Program & Enterprise level. Additionally, you will be managing a cross-functional team of resources and actively seeking ways to improve current methods, systems, processes, and structures by identifying redundant steps and implementing best practices.
