As a US Healthcare Recruiter at Denken Solutions, Inc, your role involves providing support to the organization in finding qualified candidates for vacant job positions, contributing to human resource management and employment for the smooth functioning of medical facilities. You will review a large number of resumes, research job fairs and seminars, and engage in activities such as cold calling and referral recruiting to identify the right candidates. Your responsibility also includes meticulously screening resumes, managing interviews, and assisting in arranging face-to-face meetings with higher management to ensure the selection of suitable candidates.
