We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Managers to join our US Healthcare Recruitment team.

This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, focusing exclusively on healthcare positions across the US market.

The ideal candidate will combine expertise in talent sourcing, client engagement, and candidate management to build strong pipelines of qualified healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through market research, job portals, LinkedIn, and references.
  • Generate new business leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Reach out to decision-makers (HR, procurement, hiring managers) via calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Present and customize proposals based on client hiring needs.
  • Negotiate bill rates, markups, and contract terms to close new client partnerships.
  • Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and account growth.
  • Track sales metrics and revenue performance using internal reporting tools.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and issue resolution.
  • Full ownership of the recruitment life cycle for US Healthcare roles: Sourcing, Screening, Shortlisting, Coordinating Interviews, and Closing.
  • Source candidates for roles such as Registered Nurses, Medical Technologists, Clinical Research Associates, Healthcare IT Specialists, Medical Coders, Allied Health Professionals, and other healthcare-related positions.
  • Understand client requirements, gather job specifications, and provide regular updates on job progress.
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Actively use job boards such as LinkedIn RPS, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, Dice, and healthcare-specific portals.
  • Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and manage all stages of candidate submissions

Key Skills & Expertise:

  • 3+ years of US Healthcare Recruitment experience (Mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare domains including hospitals, clinics, pharmaceutical companies, and healthcare IT.
  • Expertise in sourcing for Registered Nurses, Medical Coders, Clinical Researchers, Health Information Managers, and other healthcare roles.
  • Proficient in LinkedIn RPS, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and specialized healthcare job boards.
  • Hands-on experience working with ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Strong Boolean search and candidate sourcing skills.
