Role & responsibilities The sales manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing regional sales function. The manager will lead the regional sales team to achieve the sales target set for the financial year. Responsible to lead Sales & Marketing team and achieve sales target for the region. Responsible to Set regional team targets and monitoring them periodically to ensure that they are in line with the business plan. To manage key customers and ensuring their requirements are fulfilled within the timelines. Responsible from Order booking till delivery of the Product as per the agreed terms. Responsible to generate Enquiries, prepare costing and provide Quotation to the customer. Generate and provide market intelligence report like sales trend from time to time and take corrective action. Have close eye on the competition and their strategy to overcome business challenges. Actively participate in Product development and suggest Product feature enhancement. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 14-18 years expereince in Automobile Industry. Experience in managing delearshilhip network will be preffered.
