Role & responsibilities The sales manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing regional sales function. The manager will lead the regional sales team to achieve the sales target set for the financial year. Responsible to lead Sales & Marketing team and achieve sales target for the region. Responsible to Set regional team targets and monitoring them periodically to ensure that they are in line with the business plan. The corporate HR executive will be responsible for implementation of core HR activities. The incumbent will execute interventions like Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Employee Engagement across TIVA locations Talent Acquisition: 1. Source Resumes as per the requirements, Shortlist profiles and conduct preliminary eligibility checks & evaluate the suitability of candidates. 2. Schedule Interviews with Hiring managers, conduct telephonic & personal interviews for hiring. 3. Coordinate with candidates, recruitment agencies to ensure smooth recruitment. 4. Plan and ensure smooth onboarding of all new joinees. Maintain recruitment data and present the same as and when required for review. Employee Engagement: 1. Execute engagement interventions for Pune plants and coordinate with Plant HR for the execution of same at different TIVA locations. 2. Execute Reward & Recognition activities for different plant locations. MIS Management 1. Prepare and maintain all necessary MIS related recruitment. L&D and Employee Engagement.
