US Freight Broker

We are seeking a motivated Freight Broker to join our team. The role involves connecting shippers with reliable carriers, negotiating rates, and ensuring smooth transportation of goods. You will manage shipments from pickup to delivery, build strong carrier and customer relationships, and resolve any service issues.

Responsibilities:

• Source and secure freight opportunities
• Negotiate rates with carriers and customers
• Track and manage shipments from start to finish
• Maintain strong customer and carrier relationships
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

• Prior freight brokerage/logistics experience preferred
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with load boards and transportation software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
