US Freight Broker

As a US Freight Broker at our office located in Quark atrium, Phase 8B, sector 74, Mohali, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the movement of goods from origin to destination by coordinating with shippers and carriers effectively. This is a 100% on-site role where you will work from 5:30 pm to 2:30 am, Monday to Friday. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 3 months of experience in USA freight brokerage. Your duties will include managing freight coordination, developing and maintaining a network of reliable carriers, negotiating rates, and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service. Your core responsibilities will involve acting as the main point of contact between shippers and carriers, managing customer interactions, negotiating freight rates, and resolving any issues that may arise during transit promptly. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations, conducting market research to stay informed on industry trends, and providing sales support by assisting in generating new business. You will also be required to track the status of shipments, report on freight activities, and maintain accurate documentation of all transactions, invoices, and customer interactions. Your ability to handle challenges efficiently, maintain strong relationships with carriers and customers, and adapt to changing market conditions will be crucial for success in this role.,
