Key Responsibilities: - Must have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. - Oversee daily operations of all office and field staff. - Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company policies. - Strategically resolve conflicts and make critical decisions to improve operational processes. - Monitor team performance, set objectives, and provide remote coaching. - Manage digital correspondence, schedule appointments, and maintain records. - Support the onboarding process for new hires and manage administrative tasks. - Ensure the smooth operation of the remote office through effective administrative management. - High competency in using cloud-based organizational tools. - Proven leadership and remote team management experience. - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to operate independently. - Effective communication skills, with fluency in English for client interactions. - Immediate joining preferred.
