As a Scheduler and Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling patient appointments, and entering data accurately into the software system. Additionally, you will handle email accounts, respond to routine inquiries, and forward important messages to the relevant team members. Your role will involve performing data entry tasks, updating spreadsheets and databases efficiently. Providing exceptional customer service by responding to insurance representatives and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner is a key aspect of this position. Fluency in communication with foreign clients and insurance representatives is required. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, while an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred. Freshers are welcome to apply. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other productivity software is necessary. Experience with project management tools like Asana or Trello is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with remote teams. Strong time management and organizational abilities are needed to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Being self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment are also important qualities for this role. This is a full-time, permanent position with a night shift schedule.
