We are seeking a US Business Development Executive who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the US market. This role involves promoting accounting, financial consulting, and marketing services, requiring strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the US market
Identify new business opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends
Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
Experience: 2+ years in Business Development / Sales within Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related outsourcing services industry
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite
Flexibility to work in US shift timings
