Prepare invoices accurately for US clients. Manage & reconcile records. Handle customer inquiries and solve billing issues. Monitor and follow up on overdue invoices. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing. Generate regular reports

Required Candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Commerce preferred. 2+ years of experience in US invoicing, billing, or accounts receivable. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently.
