Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead

    end-to-end recruitment

    for US-based Aerospace and Aviation clients.
  • Partner with

    Account Managers and Hiring Managers

    to understand technical requirements, project timelines, and compliance mandates.
  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates for roles such as:
    • Avionics Technicians
    • Structures Technicians
    • A&P Mechanics
    • Integration Engineers
    • Systems Engineers
    • Design Engineers (CATIA/NX)
    • Quality Inspectors
    • Other niche aerospace/aviation positions
  • Utilize

    job boards, Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, Dice

    , and aerospace-specific databases for sourcing.
  • Screen candidates for

    skills, certifications (e.g., FAA A&P License), experience with OEM/MRO companies, and program-specific expertise

    .
  • Manage the

    interview coordination, client submission process, and candidate pipeline tracking

    via ATS/CRM.
  • Ensure compliance with

    US hiring processes, immigration status (US Citizens, Green Card holders, ITAR restrictions, etc.)

    .
  • Build and maintain a

    talent pipeline

    for recurring aerospace roles.
  • Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on recruitment progress.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 412years of experience

    in US recruitment with at least 2

    + years in Aerospace & Aviation hiring

    .
  • Strong experience in

    sourcing and screening aerospace talent

    (OEM, MRO, FAA-regulated environments).
  • Hands-on expertise with

    Boolean search, X-ray search, job portals, and social recruiting

    .
  • Knowledge of

    aerospace certifications

    (FAA A&P, CATIA/NX, AS9100, etc.) and industry terminology.
  • Strong understanding of

    US compliance and hiring practices

    (W2, C2C, 1099, ITAR/EAR restrictions).
  • Ability to work in

    fast-paced environments

    with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent

    communication and stakeholder management

    skills.
