Job Description

  • Handle end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
  • Prepare and manage customer invoicing and billing
  • Perform daily bookkeeping entries, bank reconciliations, and ledger maintenance
  • Follow up on outstanding receivables and vendor payments
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal controls
  • Assist in month-end closing and basic reporting
  • Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in USA accounting
  • Strong working knowledge of AP, AR, invoicing, and bookkeeping
  • Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in email drafting and professional correspondence
  • Comfortable working with accounting software and MS Excel
  • Detail-oriented with good time management skills
  • Immediate joiners preferred

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with US accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of US accounting practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
